Real Madrid star player Cristiano Ronaldo tweeted a video in support of the children of eastern Ghouta who are suffering under siege and daily bombings.
The video was created by the charity organization, Save the Children, which works on helping children around the world.
In his tweet, Ronaldo wrote: “be strong. Have faith. Never give up.”
This is not the first time that the football star has teamed up with the organization to help the children of Syria.
In 2016, ‘Save the Children’ announced that Ronaldo had made a “generous donation” in support for their operations in favor of Syrian children.
Another star of Real Madrid, team captain Sergio Ramos, also posted a video on his Twitter account in solidarity with the children of Syria.
“Seven years of suffering. No more murders, no more recruitment, no more attacks on schools and hospitals. Children need to realize their dreams,” Ramos tweeted in Spanish.
7 años de sufrimiento y desesperación para los #NiñosdeSiria. No más asesinatos, no más reclutamiento y no más ataques a escuelas y hospitales. Los niños necesitan recuperar sus sueños. Grita conmigo y @unicef_es #7yNOMás— Sergio Ramos (@SergioRamos) March 15, 2018
